Okeechobee Main Street welcomes guests and visitors to our annual Speckled Perch Festival and Parade.
This two-day festivalis held the second weekend of March.
The Speckled Perch Festival and Parade is the oldest celebration in Okeechobee, dating back to 1965.
At that time the festival honored the fishing industry with a parade and fish fry in Flagler Park during the height of the tourist season. The tradition and changed throughout the years but still continues today with much more added. There is a wide variety of food, along with local talent, arts & crafts, kids zone and fun!
