Hometown Heroes Banner and Park Sign Program

To qualify for a banner and park sign, honorees must meet the following requirements:
Active or deceased honorably discharged military personnel of the United States Armed Forces and lives or have lived in Okeechobee County. Proof of being an Okeechobee County Veteran may be required.

Banners are first come first serve with completed applications and payment only.
Lamp Post space is unlimited and filling up fast.

Prices:
New Banner: $65.00 (Credit Card Service Fee: $2.86)
New Park Sign: $25.00 (Credit Card Service Fee: $1.10)

At this time you must come in person to the Okeechobee Main Street Office to apply
for a new or renewal of banner and sign.

You will need to bring in a photo of the Veteran which can be uploaded to our email or dropped off at our office. Provide the best quality of photo available. If we decide the quality is not acceptable, we will contact you. Make sure you respond to all emails and phone calls so we can process your application. Originals are the best (all pictures will be returned) or upload a scanned photo (must be Min 300 dpi)
