Commitment Policy

Thank you for your interest in our FREE Summer Camp/Class! We are excited to offer this creative opportunity for young artists in our community. To ensure that all children who want to participate can do so, we ask that you carefully review our commitment policy before registering.

Why a Commitment Policy?

Our camp has limited spots, and last-minute no-shows prevents other children from attending and wastes valuable resources. To make sure every spot is filled by an engaged participant, we require the following:

You agree that your child will attend all scheduled days of camp. If your child cannot attend for any reason, please notify us as soon as possible so we can offer the spot to another child.

If a child misses the first day without prior notice, their spot may be given to someone on the waitlist.

You will receive a confirmation email of joining the waitlist upon registration. Please ensure we have a valid phone number and email address.

We will call you to confirm participation. If you do not call us back by the following day, you potentially forfeit your space.

All spaces are first come, first served. By registering, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to this commitment policy.
